Chicken Hawks are Number One!

Congratulations to my former teammates, the Chicken Hawks, who came in first place in last night's trivia contest at the Art House in Provincetown! I just wish I could have been there. I miss team trivia nights there. It took a long time, but we finally beat the Flying Squids! The Chicken Hawks, who were previously known as the C. I. Gays (for Caffeinated Intellectual Gays), have come in second place twice. Tony (Zampella of My P-Town blog, who is a member of the Flying Squids team) usually posts photos of the winning teams over at the My P-town blog a day or so later. Speaking of Tony, he's as cute as a bug and he's smart too. He's writing a book. Nobody knows what it will be about, but I'm sure it will confirm for us all that he's just as smart as he is cute.

Just one other thing...
Last night I broke down and tried doing my own hair to save some cash in this tough economy. I mean, tips have really sucked lately. Well, the results were absolutely disastrous, and I had to call Shirley for an emergency appointment this morning. So I am on my way out the door to get repaired. I just hope nobody recognizes me!
